It was a pleasure to find postcards in my mailbox this week.

Postcrossing participants. The first is from Ulm, Germany. Great winter scene.
Yesterday I received this unique card from Poland. I believe it is the first one where my address was written on the front of the card. The next picture will show the reverse. Great idea.
This card brought forth memories of the letters my grandmother used to receive from relatives in Poland. The stamps on those cards were always so beautiful. Mostly they were gold with red, and occasionally they were not your typical square or rectangular shapes, but triangles.
