Wow, it sure has been ages since I've made a post here.  I have sent out a few postcards, but no where near one a week.  This year, I have made a commitment to bring smiles to more faces by getting back on track and sending out some cards.  Due to postal rate increases, I am limiting myself to Canada and the USA. 

If you'd like to be on my mailing list, first become a follower of this blog and then send me a private email and we'll talk. If I send you a postcard, I would appreciate  that you'll pass on the joy by sending a card to another person.

Month of Letters continues.  This time I am sending this fun card to Germany.  It is concept art from Monsters Inc. by Geefwee Boedoe.  This card is from the Pixar postcard box.

Birds of a Feather

I'm on a postcard roll.  A while back, my sister challenged me to send as many postcards as Postcrossing would allow me.  I am finally trying to meet that.  This card is off to Belarus to a lady who says her last name translates to 'crow'.  This is the closest I could come.  i hope she enjoys it.

My nephew has moved to Alberta and is looking for a job in the oil patch.  I sent him this card to she him the type of outfit he should wear to keep himself safe.  Not sure he'll take me up on this plan.

Heads up, Monsters in the mail

I haven't done very much in the way of sending out postcards over the past year and a half and I really miss it.  In February, I tried getting back in the groove, but it didn't last.  Here's to trying again.  I am also working on more of my fabric cards and when I get a few finished I'll be hosting a contest to win one.

This postcard is an image from Monsters Inc. from the Pixar Postcard Box and is all set to travel to a Postcrosser in China.  She specifically listed Pixar cards among her favourites.

Okey, well maybe he isn't a hot man, guess it will depend on how long he sits in the mailbox before my friend rescues him.

He is going across the pond to a friend who said to send him some beefcake.

How does your Farmyard Fair

A friend of mine has a small farm.  And on her farm she has a pig.  Actually she has several pigs.  I don't imagine she really goes out in the farm yard dressed as such, but it brings a smile to my face to imagine it.  Card is from The Art of Pixar: 100 Collectible Postcards

She is not prolific in her blogging, though I have asked her for some pictures of the new piglets.

Vacation Time

My family and I are heading out on vacation.  I  have schedualled several posts for the next few weeks.  I am mailing the postcards before I leave, but I don't have any idea when they will be delivered.

We don't  look like this, it looks more like my cousin's family.  She has three younger children and does go to the cottage every summer.  I decided to send this along to her.
