Pixar Characters on the Loose

I hosted a contest on my other blog, and prizes were postcards from The Pixar Postcard Collection. I you missed my review, click on the title and you will be wisked to that site.  This film image from Geri's Game will be flying off to Virginia, USA.  Want to view some lovely quilts, visit Bejeweled Quilts by Barb.

The Korean film poster for The Invincibles will be travelling to the UK.  The winner hosts a wonderful blog that focuses on translated literature.  Visit Stu at Winston's Dads Blog and see what he's been reading lately.

This concept art card of Woody is travelling to California, USA.  And if you are looking for your next great read, then visit Matha at Hey I Want to Read That.

Easter Egg Time

This is the best of Easter Cards.  Such gorgeous eggs.  When I buy my eggs from a friend who keeps several flocks of fowl, this is sort of what my assortment looks like.  Okey, I admit, that she doesn't give me ostrich size eggs, though some of the duck eggs are large enough for two people.  I haven't had any of her goose eggs, though she admitted that one egg is large enough to make an omelet for four people.

Thanks to my sister for sending these wonderful eggs.   On the back of the card "Ok, I know they aren't chocolate, but these eggs could be used to make wonderful chocolate cakes + imagine the eggs benedict."

How well my sister knows me.

Card is from a photo by Tessa Traeger 1991, Distributed by Chapter and Verse.

Zombie Hunting

Sending this along to a life long friend, not that we'll be going zombie hunting any time soon, but you should be prepared for all situations no matter how unlikely.

To learn more about this collection from Chronicle Books, check the post I wrote on my other blog, and learn how to win one of the postcards from the book.
