Post Card Friendship Friday - Life Long Friends

Every time I view this card it makes me smile.
I like to imagine that these young girls could be mothers  of their own girls.
My sister sent me this card probably around 1987.
I felt that it was perfect for Postcard Friendship Friday.

I also promised a winner for the lovely Year of the Rabbit postcard I featured last Friday.
I went to to select a winner from the 14 comments.
Winner is: Sheila at A PostCard a Day.

For other PFF entries, be sure to visit at The Best Hearts are Crunchy.

  1. All the things groups of small children do when a camera is pointed. Fun card.

  2. Some of them probably are mothers by now, even though 1987 doesn't seem so long ago to me.

  3. They look like little girls the world over, don't they? I agree with Postcardy that 1987 doesn't seem long ago from where I'm standing so I was taken aback by just doing the arithmetic!

Many thanks for the draw - I'll be in touch.

  4. Reminds me of when we lived in St. Vincent and had to wear those uniforms ourselves those were the days lol

  5. I can plainly see why it makes you smile!

  6. I can see why this wonderful made you smile ... it made ME smile too!

    Happy PFF!

Leaving a comment is like sending a postcard; we'd love to hear from you.
