For a Special Person

I was playing around at my sewing machine today with a fun piece of fabric.  A few shiny threads and lots of free motion stitching and I came up with this postcard.  Will be sending it off to one of my favourite people.

It is hard to tell, but there is a lot of pink and beige stitching that reminds me of contour lines.

Am linking up with Beth at the Best Hearts are Crunchy for Postcard FriendShip Friday.

  1. Oh, my goodness! That is one of the prettiest postcards I've ever seen...how creative you are. The colors on this remind me of the sea at Sunset.

    Happy PFF!

  2. Beautiful card Heather, and so are those you sent me of the angels. They will be gracing Matt's tree this Christmas for sure.
Please let your Mom know how much I appreciate her lovely work and her kindness.

  4. I love what you've done with your thread doodling! Lots of energy but at the same time, soothing. I also like the idea of a commitment to sending these little treasures out. It keeps the artistic flow revved up! Brava!
