Halloween Cards in the Mail

Beauty and the Beast if my sister's favourite movie.  Several years ago she bought me a little sculpture of Mrs. Potts and Chip, so it's appropriate that she sent me this postcard.

Finnish Wetland Plants

 

I have been a member of Postcrossing for a few years and have received several very unique cards.  This is my first custom one.  It's an image of a common wetland plant found in Finland.  It's creator referred to it as a cotton grass.

It's been far too long since I paid enough attention to this blog.  I'm going to make a concerted effort at correcting that.  A small stash of cards has been collecting on my desk and I plan to share them with you in the next weeks as well as send out several more.  Hope you'll join with me and send out a few yourself.

 

My sister, the other creator of this blog, sent me this lovely card while she was visiting Vancouver last week.  Really makes me want to visit there.  This card is published by Ann's Island Photography in Victoria, BC.
